What if I need to return an item?
We sincerely thank you for trying our products and would value your feedback for our improvement. We have gone to extraordinary efforts and cost to bring you a natural-food energy concentrate, fully loaded with active micro and phytonutrients. Nutrients that volumes of research attest, may simultaneously support your performance recovery and well-being needs, while fueling your body’s energy demands. We believe this “holistic” approach is transformational, way beyond the limitation of Big Biz energy products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will work with you to make it right for all parties involved.
- If you have a problem, concern, damaged item, or you feel a product is not valid for you, email us at energy@SmartAthleteFuel.com. Title the email “possible return with your order number”. We will then send you an eM with possible solutions that may or may not involve sending the unused item(s) back to us for a refund.
- If you do not wish to email us and would like an immediate refund on all unused packets, all unused packets will need to be returned to Smart Athlete Fuel, 109 W Nineteenth St. Traverse City MI 49684, using trackable shipping at the purchaser's expense within 20 days of the original purchase date. Please be sure to include your name, order number and contact email address.
- Please be aware, you purchased a food item, that has a limited shelf life, and unfortunate for all, is at the mercy of potential food tampering. For safety concerns, we will not restock and resell returned food items, and its return is a complete loss to us. Hopefully, through the initial communications we can resolve your issues without the hassle and costs of “physically” returning an item.
